I still ain’t dead

It’s been quite a while since I posted something, and I’m long overdue with some necessary bugfixes – but I’m terribly busy at the moment, and will be for the next eight or ten days so there wont be much happening on this blog for the time being.

If you came here for the Joomla modules (and undoubtly you did) please use the correct downloads for the respective Joomla versions (I get a lot of mail from people who installed the wrong module for their J! installation and wondered why it didn’t work; I guess I have to redesign this website at some point).

“Contentitem Module” for Joomla 1.0.x

“Place here Module” for Joomla 1.5.x (v 1.2.2)

    1. I was getting this error too on one page, until I disabled mod_placehere on just that page. That made the error go away.

I still have mod_placehere on all my other pages without this error.

      HTH.

    2. I’m getting error msgs when logged in to the front end:

      * JHTMLicon not supported. File not found.
      * JHTMLicon not supported. File not found.
      * JHTMLicon not supported. File not found.

When I disable Placehere modules, the errors go away. Also they only appear when I select a component (not just the main page view). Pretty annoying, but your mod is great otherwise. Can you pls debug? I’ve seen references on forums that other ppl are having the same problem.

I tried the suggested fix but it didn’t work.
      Thx
      Scott
